Dr. Marie Walker grew up in Colorado and attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota for her undergraduate degree in biology. She then came home to Fort Collins, CO, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2018. Following graduation, she has practiced small animal medicine in the foothills of Colorado before moving to Seattle.
While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, her special interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry and preventive medicine. She is passionate about promoting the human-animal bond through superior client education and low-stress patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Walker enjoys competing in triathlons, singing in choirs, reading murder mysteries and exploring the mountains with her husband, son, and their two stubborn black and white border collie mixes named Ellie and Frankie.
