Neema
Hi, my name is Neema and I am beautiful 4 year old
Bengal. I can be a little shy when we first meet but once I am out of my
shell I do everything in a big
way. You want to spend time on the computer, well let me help you press
the keys. I have a big
voice and I love to use it – we’ll have good conversations whenever we
aren’t snuggling or playing together. And when we aren’t playing or
getting work done then I will let you pet me all you want! As long as we
are spending time together then I am a happy cat.
I ha
ve
lived with dogs and cats before but I would rather be the only cat in
the home. In my previous home there were two large dogs and one cat and
so I didn’t always use the litter box. Since, living at Green Lake
Animal Hospital I have been using the box just fine. I am up to date on
my vaccines, am spayed and already have a microchip.
If you are looking for a kitty that will be devoted
to you then look no further. Call my friends at Green Lake Animal
Hospital to set up a date, 206-524-6540. You can also email Kasey at
kasey.schmidt@seattleveterinaryassociates.com.
Evelyn
Hi, my name is Evelyn and I am looking for a new home! I
am a three year old medium haired cuddle bug. Right now I am living at
Green Lake Animal Hospital where I
spend
most of my time taking care of the staff and helping them with their
paperwork. I love being around people and consider myself a
professional snuggler.
My previous owner had to give me up because I am FELV/FIV positive and she was worried about the other cats in our house. Because of this I must be the only cat in the family and stay indoors.
I love living here but I am still looking for a permanent home. If you are interested in meeting me call the staff at Green Lake Animal Hospital to set up a date. I am sure I will win your heart over in an instant! Contact us: Green Lake Nursing or call 206-524-6540.
Harold
Harold
is a loving senior kitty cat who needs someone to take him home and love
him. He was surrendered by his owner as her own terminal illness did
not allow her to care for Harold any longer. Please help us find
Harold a well deserved home to enjoy the rest of his life.
Please contact Ravenna Animal Clinic at 206-522-2114 or Ravenna Animal Hospital
Janis
Janis is an ideal cat, loves to snuggle,
awesome around kids (his prior family has had a fleet of toddlers running
through the house and he is always happy to be petted and loved). He
enjoys car rides -
preferably on your lap. Right now he’s an
indoor/outdoor kitty, although prior to that he was indoor only and seemed
very happy with that. Janis has been recently diagnosed as diabetic,
just prior to the owner’s giving birth to twins! Needless to say,
their hands are a bit full right now and they’re hoping someone will be able
to provide the care Janis needs.
Right now, Janis is on insulin twice daily. His diabetes is still
being regulated (meaning that DVMs are working to determine the correct
amount of
insulin Janis needs to maintain normal blood glucose). He’ll
need some further blood tests to insure proper regulation. He is on a
new insuline (Glargine), and may eventually be able to manage his diabetes
through special diet alone. Regardless, he will need to be on that
diet for the rest of his life.
Liz at Green Lake Animal Hospital would be happy to discuss Janis in more detail with any interested people. If this is your first diabetic kitty, I’d be happy to show you how to give insulin (the injection is very easy and oftentimes barely noticed by the patient). Please email or call with any questions you may have! Green Lake Nursing
Sally
She's a smart, goofy, clever girl. Estimated to be about 7 years old.
She
had a broken leg
when she was abandoned at the hospital but it is all
healed now. She has a slight limp, especially if walked a lot but it
doesn't slow her down at all. She will need to be on glucosamine for the
rest of her life. She gets along with adults great but she wasn't well
socialized and does not get along with other dogs, cats or little kids.
She's smart and knows all her commands although she is a little too
enthusiastic
when greeting company and has a tendency to jump up on visitors. She
loves squeaky toys, walks, playing fetch. Perfect for anyone with out
pets or kids who likes an energetic, smart dog. Please email
Green Lake
Nursing; for more information.
